Downtown Springfield Art
Amber is one of my roommates who is creative as she is artistic. She paints with vivid colors and striking contrasts. She paints in her apartment downtown Springfield, Missouri.
It's an acrylic painting named Ofrenda meaning "offering" in Spanish because of the table arrangement of ceremonial candles. She was inspired by her Mexican grandmother and she dedicates it to her.
This is one of her most popular acrylics called "Growing Up". As her father has overcome his inner demons and has become a good man.
Another popular painting in a series called "Your Dog is Lost". This dog is in Ireland.
